Complete access to all market-leading functionalities

Zinklar has been designed as a very flexible insights platform that allows you to engage with consumers across a broader range of scenarios. However, it can be challenging if not all platform features are available to you through your plan. At Zinklar, we have listened to you and we are now unlocking access to all features. From today, every platform user will have access to all features, including the ones considered premium before, such as:

All previously non-premium features will still remain available to every user.

More support options

Our Pay-as-you-go packages were designed to be operated in a DIY way. We have now realized that in some cases, clients may need a helping hand to complete the projects. This option is now also available through the platform. Users just need to add support hours to the configuration of the survey and we will allocate the right amount of time to provide you with the guidance you need. 

Simplifying balance: introducing Zinklar Credits

To make it easier for you to manage your account across various teams & regions, we are introducing a new Zinklar Credits system as a single currency within the platform. That way, purchases in different currencies can be added to the same account very easily. Please note that the new credits system will only apply to your account after your next renewal date – there will be no change until that point.
