How does it work?
The hundred of answers you’ll get from open-ended question are processed. They are categorised under themes and sub-themes. A sentiment is associated to each sub-theme. And a summary is generated based on this so that you can get meaningful insights at a glance. You will also be able to search through the verbatim and see how every single answer is categorised.
→ Summary
A few sentences summarise the findings of all the answers to the open-ended question, mentioning the most important topics and takeaways.
→ Theme
Themes are one to two-word subjects highlighting your dataset’s main response areas. These are high-level buckets such as “management”, “customer service”, “online shopping”, or “shipping”.
→ Sub-Theme
Sub-themes add layers of detail to your themes. All the sub-themes are associated to a theme and to a sentiment, whether positive, neutral, or negative.
I.e: Theme: “Parking” → Sub-themes: “Spacious parking spots”, “Good location”, “Expensive parking”, etc.
If you are seeking for spontaneous brand awareness, “Brands” will replace Themes. We will group all the different ways respondents have written a brand under the most frequent writing.
I.e: “Tefal”, “Tefal”, “Teffal”, Tefall” → “Tefal”
